EMI explores partnership with the Royal Society of Chartered Surveyors

On 13 November 2007, EMI Chairman Dr. Fouad Bendimerad met with the leadership of the Royal Society of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), including its President Mr. David Tuffin, at the RICS headquarters in London.  Cooperation between RICS and EMI in the areas of training of professionals and knowledge sharing was the topic of the agenda. The two organizations recognized the benefit of forging a strong partnership and decided to continue their consultations in the coming months in order to define a well-focused cooperation agenda.
RICS is a large and high profile organization of professionals working in the inter-related areas of property, land, construction and environment. It has a 140,000-strong membership and operates in 146 countries worldwide.
