EMI will meet with its partners on March 29, 2009 in Kobe, Japan to further discuss the implementation details of the Global Professional Certification project that aims to raise the competency of DRM practitioners worldwide through a structured capacity building package. Representatives from the World Bank Institute, ProVention Consortium, ISDR-Secretariat, Kobe University, EMI and JICA will attend the meeting.
