The Asia Megacities Forum originally slated to take place in Mumbai, India on Dec. 10-12, 2008 has been moved to March 2009. The event is being co-organized by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM), Government of Maharashtra, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay), and EMI to provide the venue for major and complex cities in Asia to exchange notes and experience in urban DRR.
