Proceedings of the Understanding Risk Forum now available
An electronic version of the Understanding Risk: Innovation in Disaster Risk Assessment - Proceeds from the 2010 Forum is now available on the community site www.understandrisk.org.
The Understanding Risk conference is designed to promote innovative partnerships. The conference, as well as the various side events (the GEM Annual Outreach Meeting, the CC and the RHoK hackathon) will help strengthen ties among various actors and build a risk assessment community.
In addition, the proceedings of the conference will be summarized in a series of “Best Practice Notes” on the topics covered by the conference. These notes will be published, and also made available on-line in a wiki form to allow for regular updating of information.
