EMI's Dr. Bendimerad and Atty Seva to present during Geneva Conference
EMI's Chairman and Executive Director Dr. Fouad Bendimerad and General Secretary and Treasurer Atty. Violeta Seva will be giving a presentation during the Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction to be held in Geneva, Switzerland on 8-13 May 2011. They will present at the IGNITE Stage in the Conference Maket Place.
Dr. Bendimerad's presentation entitled "HFA Mid-Term Evaluation: an honest view from the implementers" will be on 10 May at 4:45 PM, while Atty. Seva will present on the "Brgy. Rizal Risk-Sensitive Urban Redevelopment Project" which will be on 12 May at 3:15 PM.
EMI will also be manning the Making Cities Resilient Campaign Booth on 12 May from 1:00 to 6:30 PM.
